  • Your refund request is made within 15 days of purchase.
  • You have not started the course or completed any tests.
  • You have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation, digital or physical.

Once access to the course is removed, you will no longer be able to access the course content, take tests, or receive any certificate.
